DIY Floral Decor
Three months ago, I was my sister’s maid of honor and kept my left over bouquet. What I enjoy doing is reusing empty candle jars to fill them with the floral pieces to make diy decor. Below is the process to making your own.
Supplies: flowers, any type of jar and scissors
Steps:
Dry out your flowers by hanging them upside down. I kept my bouquet in a corner of my room. You can use ones’ you have or any outdoor flowers.
Gather the supplies. I used two candle jars and one mason jar. Honestly if the flowers have been drying out for a long time, you may not need scissors to separate the bulbs from the stem.
After you have the flowers pieces desired. Begin to arrange them in the jar.
Once you have the jars filled and decorated place them wherever you like in your home!
I find this to be a great way to recycle any item I have then turn it into decor. The floral jars can also be used as potpourri for a room. So there can be two uses for this one simple fifteen minute diy. Let me know if you decide to make your own simple floral decor!
