Working on myself I have discovered that I am in charge of my own happiness and should love myself fully. That no matter what I am my number one fan and know me the best. When it comes to others spread kindness and love no matter who they are. To be in the mindset that expectations are pointless in the sense of giving more to others within safe boundaries. Even a harmless small smile can brighten a strangers day or holding the door for someone is helping. If the person does not respond with a smile or thank you take it as a grain of salt.
