Fall Bucket List
The first day of autumn is approaching us here in the Northern Hemisphere. I have decided to create a bucket list of fun activities to do. Below are my five for fall 2019:
Hiking- I love hiking in the fall with the crisp cool air filling my lungs and seeing the changing scenery makes me feel alive.
Find Cover Bridges- I personally have not seen them since my childhood. There is just something about the aesthetic of covered bridges in fall. I would like to capture their “magic” in photography.
Baking- There are a few recipes of different breads and cookies. I plan on sharing some of them on here in the near future.
Bonfires- My favorite scent is smoked wood from either a fireplace or fire pit. I love to sit for hours with only red and orange flame as light in the night sky. It is a perfect time for storytelling and watching the flames themselves create a story.
Halloween Decoration Sightseeing- This time of year I enjoy going around to stores and yards to see all the Halloween decorations. It is kind of like going to different neighborhoods in winter to see holiday lights. When it is October you will find me driving through cemeteries, my favorite past time. I love seeing the ornate and different scales of monuments honoring others who have come before me.
Let me know in the comments what your plans are for the fall or how you enjoy this time of the year!
